SmartList:
State-of-the-art membership database query tool and reporting engine.
 
This tool is designed to provide a user-friendly interface to query complex relationships within the association database for hosted clients and has been in production since the spring of 2008.

Some of the key objectives of this tool include:

• The ability to create, share, and modify complex queries for future use.
• The ability to provide management statistics with automatic refreshes.
• The ability to integrate SmartLists with Eblaster jobs and MS Office Templates.
• The ability for clients to custom tailor the SmartList interface themselves.
• The ability to combine multiple SmartLists to achieve specific result lists.

User Configurable Interface

The SmartList tool has been designed to allow clients to pick and choose the lookup tables that will be eligible for SmartList selections, and to pick and choose the Database Profile Fields (like Last Name, First Name, Expiry Date, etc) that will be eligible for SmartList selections.
 
NOTE: Your Implementation Specialist will setup your branded set of default Lookup Tables and Profile Fields for our clients so that the new tool will be fully functional for all your staff starting on day one.
